Brief about the Team
Inside Sales is part of the customer experience team of Tata 1mg working on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales.
What will you do
- 1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of products (medicines, diagnostics, healthcare plans).
- Identify and implement best practices in lead management and sales execution.
- 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Manage a team of Telesales Executives/Senior Executives and drive performance.
- Set KPIs, sales targets, and monitor daily performance metrics.
- Conduct regular training & coaching to improve sales pitch, objection handling, and customer interactions.
- Implement incentive programs to boost team motivation and productivity.
- 3. Process Optimization & CRM Management
- Ensure efficient use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared) for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Monitor call quality, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback for process improvements.
- Work closely with marketing & operations teams to optimize lead flow and enhance customer experience.
- 4. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Improve customer experience by ensuring high-quality interactions and resolutions.
- Develop strategies for customer reactivation and repeat purchases.
- Identify trends in customer queries & objections to refine sales approaches.
- 5. Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets to identify gaps and improvement areas.
What we are looking for
- 1.8-12 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations.
- 2.Proven track record in team management, sales target achievement, and process optimization.
- 3.Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, or BFSI industries preferred.
- 4.Strong knowledge of CRM tools & sales automation (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- 5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- 6.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
